Which DisCo should I choose?
The distribution company that supplies your area - it is printed on your meter card and on past token receipts. The table on this page lists the areas each DisCo covers.
Can I buy a token for someone else's meter?
Yes. Enter any meter number, check the customer name AidaPay shows, and pay. The token is on your receipt so you can send it to them.
Do I get cashback on electricity?
Yes. Every token pays cashback into your AidaPay wallet - the rate for each DisCo is in the table above and is shown again before you pay.
What if my token does not load?
First check that the meter number and DisCo are correct - the customer name shown before payment is your confirmation. If the token still will not load, contact AidaPay support with your receipt; we are available 24/7 by email.
