BEDC prepaid token help

'Reject' when loading means the meter needs a new KCT. 'EEE' means the token is on a different tariff and needs a KCT. (source)
A KCT is 40 digits: load the first 20, then the second 20, then load your token. A KCT/clear-tamper code takes 24 hours to generate; a KCT fails if it was requested with the wrong tariff. (source)
A token that won't load may need a new KCT, or there may be no supply on your current phase. If the display just blinks, the token may be mistyped or the keypad (CIU) not paired. (source)
