TID rollover steps: load any unused tokens first (unused tokens will be rejected after), get KCTs with your receipt when you buy units, enter KCT 1 then KCT 2, then load the new credit token. (source)
Meters not updated by 24 Nov 2024 reject tokens generated after that date; the KCT pair is issued by AEDC (first clears TID memory, second updates keys). (source)
