- A KCT is a set of two 20-digit numbers (40 in all), needed only when the meter's tariff index must be changed - not for every recharge. (source)
- 'E6' error = an incomplete token was entered (fewer than 20 digits). (source)
- 'LINK ERROR': make sure the meter is paired, use a strong dry-cell battery in the UIU, set the changeover to utility supply, use a socket with few joints (e.g. cooker socket); otherwise report to JED. (source)
- 'TIME OUT': make sure the meter is paired, use a strong battery, try again. 'LOG OUT': don't use the meter for 24 hours, then report if it continues. 'REJECT', 'ERR-06' and 'EEEEEEEEE': report to the nearest JED CCRM unit. (source)
